Joe Slayton
CEO

Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the wireless communications industry. He has served as Sales Manager, VPGM, Regional President and President of Alltel Wireless Retail Operations. In addition, he serves on the board of various charitable and business organizations.

Ken Erdmann
COO and President

Ken joined Slayton Wireless in October of 2014 and has over 20 years’ experience in the wireless communications industry. He served as VPGM at Alltel Wireless for 11 years throughout multiple markets. Ken’s career includes an extensive background in forecasting, financial management, driving operational excellence, turning around under-performing markets, talent acquisition, site acquisition and customer and employee satisfaction. Most recently, Erdmann served on the Mergers and Acquisitions team with AT&T.

Dale Fuller
CFO and Vice President

Dale joined Slayton Wireless in July of 2015. Over the last 26 years, he has served on the executive board of 7 different multi-million dollar companies. As an officer of numerous companies, Dale has proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cash management and inventory control. He has a solid track record of success in implementing process improvements and implementing organizational solutions that positively impact the bottom line. He is a multi-site profitability expert and known for his strategic financial leadership.

Steve Turner
Vice President of Operations

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the wireless communications industry. He has been involved in various customer service and customer retention departments within Alltel, and held numerous sales leadership positions across multiple channels in wireless retail. Steve has assisted in the development and implementation of Alltel’s Sales Operating Processes. He has also established and executed the IT strategy and sales support system for Slayton Wireless.
